This notice explains how AppWell Inc. collects and uses information when you visit AppWell.ca, contact us, or follow a link to an AppWell application. The client application at app.appwell.ca is a separate service and may present additional notices when you sign in or use it.

Information you provide

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter, such as your first name, work email, business or organization, and message. The form is delivered through AppWell's hosted lead-capture service at www.appwell.ca. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs, prevent abuse, and manage our relationship with you. You can contact us by email instead if you do not want to use the form.

Website measurement

We keep marketing-site measurement intentionally limited. For portfolio applications, we count page loads and clicks that open an email, beta-access request, or live application. Each measurement record contains only the event type, page path, application identifier, and time. This measurement does not set a cookie or local-storage identifier, build a visitor profile, record what you type, or attempt to identify a person.

Security and service providers

The lead and analytics tools use security controls and may use Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled to distinguish people from automated abuse. A one-way network-derived rate-limit key may be kept briefly to prevent automated misuse; it is not included in analytics reports or used to recognize visitors. AppWell and service providers acting for us may process information in Canada, the United States, or other locations where they operate. We require providers to use information only to deliver and protect the services we request.

Use, retention, and sharing

We use this information to answer enquiries, measure which content and applications are useful, improve our website, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We retain lead and analytics information only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Your choices

You can block scripts using your browser controls, although doing so may prevent the contact form or site measurement from working as intended. To ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion where applicable, email support@appwell.ca.
