Marketing site and client application

AppWell.ca provides general information about AppWell, its services, and application demonstrations. The client application at app.appwell.ca is separate. Access to client features, paid services, support commitments, data processing, and fees is governed by the applicable account terms or written service agreement.

Information and demonstrations

Website content and demonstrations are provided for general information and product evaluation. They are not professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Features, availability, examples, and pricing may change as products evolve. A demonstration does not guarantee that a feature is available for every customer or use case.

Contact form and acceptable use

You may use the contact form only for genuine enquiries and must provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, confidential third-party, or automated spam content; attempt to bypass security controls; or interfere with the website or its supporting services.

Analytics and third-party services

The website uses AppWell-hosted lead-capture and analytics tools and may use supporting security services such as Cloudflare Turnstile. External application links and third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy notice explains the information collected through this website.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but provide it on an “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, AppWell is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the marketing site or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
